The Canadian Event Industry Star Awards is the premier national awards program which recognizes outstanding achievements in Canadian special events, meeting management, conference planning and exhibition management.

Winners of the 2010 Star Awards were announced on March 26, 2010, in Toronto.

The 2009 Daffodil Ball won in the category of:

• Best Fundraising Event

and was nominated in the category of:

• Outstanding Achievement in Logistics

Winners of the Special Events Magazine 2008 International Gala Awards were announced on January 30, 2009, in San Diego, California.

The 2008 Daffodil Ball won in the category of:
